Terms of Service
Please read these terms before using Abby. They explain what we are, what we are not, and your responsibilities as a user.
Agreement
By accessing or using Abby (abbyfertility.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.
What Abby is
Abby is an educational fertility navigation platform. It produces personalised reports based on the information you provide, using published clinical guidelines from the American Society for Reproductive Medicine (ASRM), the National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE), and the World Health Organization (WHO).
Abby is not a medical service, a healthcare provider, a clinic, or a telehealth platform. It does not employ physicians or clinical staff. It does not provide diagnoses, prescriptions, or treatment plans.
Not medical advice
All content produced by Abby — including navigation reports, gap detection outputs, and any other written or automated communications — is educational information only.
It does not constitute medical advice, clinical diagnosis, or a treatment recommendation. Nothing produced by Abby should be interpreted as a substitute for consultation with a qualified, licensed medical professional.
Always consult a qualified physician, reproductive endocrinologist, or other relevant healthcare provider before making any decisions about your health, fertility treatment, or medical care.
No liability
Abby is not liable for any decisions made — or not made — based on information or reports provided through this service.
Use of this service is at your own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Abby disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. Abby's liability to you for any cause of action is limited to the amount you paid for the service (if any).
Accuracy of reports
Reports are generated by AI using published clinical guidelines and reviewed by a human team member before delivery. While we aim for accuracy, relevance, and clinical grounding, we cannot guarantee that all information in your report is complete, current, free from error, or applicable to your specific circumstances.
Clinical guidelines evolve. Information that is accurate at the time of report generation may become outdated. We recommend consulting a healthcare professional for current guidance.
Your responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information in the intake form to the best of your ability
- Use the service only for lawful purposes
- Not attempt to reverse engineer, copy, scrape, or exploit any part of the platform
- Not submit information on behalf of another person without their knowledge and consent
Intellectual property
All content on abbyfertility.com — including the platform design, report templates, clinical frameworks, and written content — is owned by Abby and protected by copyright.
Your personalised report is provided for your personal use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or sell any content from Abby without prior written permission.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the service at any time, for any reason, without notice. If we believe a submission contains false information or the service is being abused, we reserve the right to refuse to deliver a report.
Governing law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New York.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date when changes are made. Continued use of the service after any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
