Abby (abbyfertility.com) is a fertility navigation platform. This Privacy Policy explains what personal and health data we collect when you use Abby, how we use it, how it is stored, and the rights you have over your information. By using Abby, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

When you complete the intake form, we collect the following information: - Contact information: your email address, and your name if provided - Demographic information: your age and, where relevant, your partner's age - Fertility history: number of previous pregnancies, pregnancy losses, and previous treatments - Lab results: AMH, FSH, estradiol, TSH, AFC, prolactin values, and whether lab work has been completed - Semen analysis data: concentration, motility, morphology, and volume (where applicable) - Medical history: known diagnoses, HSG results, cycle regularity - Goals and circumstances: number of children desired, urgency, budget range, insurance coverage - Free-text responses: any specific questions or notes you choose to include We do not collect payment information, government identifiers, or any data beyond what is needed to generate your report.

Your data is used solely to generate your personalised fertility navigation report. Specifically: - Your intake responses are processed by an AI model to produce your report - Your email address is used to deliver your report and respond to any follow-up questions - Aggregated and anonymised data may be used to improve the quality and accuracy of future reports Your data is never sold, rented, shared with fertility clinics, advertisers, or any third party for commercial purposes.

Your submission is stored securely in Supabase, a cloud database provider that stores data in the United States. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We retain your submission data for 12 months from the date of submission. After that period, your data is permanently deleted unless you have requested earlier deletion or an ongoing support relationship requires it.

Your intake data is processed by Anthropic's API (claude-opus-4-5) to generate your navigation report. Anthropic's data usage and privacy policies apply to this processing. We do not permit Anthropic to use your data to train its models under our agreement. You can review Anthropic's privacy policy at anthropic.com.

Your email address is used only to: - Deliver your fertility navigation report - Respond to questions you send us directly - Send service-related communications necessary to fulfil your request We use Resend to send emails. We do not send marketing emails without your explicit consent, and you may opt out at any time by replying to any email we send.

We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies. We use Google Analytics (with anonymised IP addresses) solely to understand aggregate usage patterns — for example, how many people complete the intake form. No personally identifiable information is passed to Google Analytics.

You have the right to: - Access the personal data we hold about you - Request correction of inaccurate data - Request deletion of your data at any time - Withdraw consent for processing at any time To exercise any of these rights, email us at hello@report.abbyfertility.com. We will respond within 30 days.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page when we do. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
